Ray Hammermeister has worked in the Fabrication and Machining industry since 1993. Ray started working as part of the Innovance family in 2011 when he started working at Lou Rich. At Lou-Rich, Ray worked his way up to become the CNC Department Supervisor. Ray held this role until 2017 when he moved back into a tech role. Ray later started assisting Midland as a Production Supervisor to fill in until they could find a permanent replacement. After working with Midland Technologies, Ray requested to be considered for the permanent position. Ray felt that Midland was the right fit because he enjoyed the challenges the work brought and the people that he got to work with.
Currently Ray is the Manufacturing Production Supervisor. In that role, Ray handles day to day production and work with the other employees to make sure Midland Technologies meets customer demands. Ray also work with the Engineering and the Sales teams to make sure our customers are happy with our products. Ray will visit customer sites to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems. Ray said that he is married to a great wife (Kim) and has two golden retrievers (Harley & Liberty) and one cat (Anna), Ray also has gotten back into hunting and fishing since he moved back and also enjoys camping, bowling, pool and darts. Ray currently lives in Waverly.
